An acquaintance that worked at EDAG referred me for a position at the company.
One of my first supervisors had the attitude that there was a solution to every challenge. He lived by the motto: “don’t tell me it can’t be done, tell me how I can do it.”
I have always remembered his words and have often reflected on this in my own role at EDAG. Being support staff means providing support for our direct supervisors, the employees of the company, and our clients. Our job is to listen to the needs of everyone and find ways to support them. I enjoy being a part of a team that helps find solutions.
In addition to this, I have always enjoyed the people I work with, they have always been dedicated and supportive. I also feel fortunate for the opportunities that being part of a global team provides.
I communicate daily with EDAG USA employees and have been able to create a network with our colleagues around the world that allows us to collaborate on a regular basis. I provide input into many different management decisions here at our local office in the US. Each day brings different challenges and opportunities to our team. We look forward to our continued growth here in the US and abroad.
Number one is spending time with my family. I also enjoy spending time with friends up north, hiking, canoeing, cooking, bonfires and playing cards. During the summer I do a lot of boating and then in the colder months vacationing. I love to travel all over and look forward to doing more of it soon.
