Rasmussen, who joined EDAG in August, is responsible for developing and leading EDAG’s engineering teams from the new business development and acquisition stage all of the way through the launch phase. Rasmussen leads a team of engineers in the United States and Mexico that develop electrified and mobility solutions for automotive, commercial and specialized transportation vehicles.
Rasmussen has more than 32 years of global industry experience in electrical systems, metal forming, manufacturing, product design and assembly. Before joining EDAG, Rasmussen was an electrical engineering manager for Leoni for seven years, has worked for Fisker Automotive and had a long career with General Motors as a project manager.
