EDAG was present at this year’s Advanced Clean Transportation Expo in Anaheim, California. Held from May 2nd through the 4th, it’s the premier opportunity to see many of the world’s OEMs and commercial transportation technology providers showcase their latest innovations. Represented by Kai-Uwe Salzmann, Roger Baywol, and Tobias Behrend, EDAG US was in attendance to confirm market trends as well as identify industry needs that EDAG can support with.
The new or future products that were shown are all aimed at accelerating towards a more sustainable world. At EDAG US, we go to great lengths to stay at the forefront of innovative automotive technologies and help build a new more sustainable world. On-site there were presentations from more than 185 commercial vehicles with advanced performance. Vehicles from different sectors with battery electric modules or powered by hydrogen fuel cells have been popular in the last few years of the show and continued that trend this year as well. Furthermore, renewable fuels and autonomous driving in commercial vehicles were highlighted and demonstrated along with other connected technologies.
We again had many productive conversations with our current customers. Despite already being familiar with EDAG, they’re always happy to hear about new competencies or services EDAG has developed and can offer. Strategically growing our teams based on what clients need and where the market is shifting is part of how we form lasting partnerships! We also spoke to potential new customers on site and presented an overview of our entire portfolio to them. EDAG has decades of experience supporting OEMs and start-ups in the commercial and passenger vehicle sectors as well as supporting technology suppliers in the integration of cutting-edge technologies.
